Butcher day has come and gone

This is the only photo that was taken. I always have great intentions of taking more photos but it's not an easy feat when you trying to keep the line going.

It was a great day though. Thank you to everyone who came and helped!!!

Hot sauce update!!

It's not as hot as I thought it might be!!!!! Which is so good for me!!

And the kid says it is absolutely amazing on some Mac and cheese!!!

Now we have our own hot sauce in the fridge ❤️

Harvesting herbs.

So much basil, lemon balm and peppermint this year

Found we had some old screens that fit perfectly under my growing table, so drying herbs is even easier this year!!!

Looking forward to all the teas in the next season and most I will have grown myself.

And so much pesto is going to be made.

What is your favorite thing to use garlic for.

Mine has ALWAYS been ceasar salad!! And it probably always will be. But my new favorite way to make ceasar salad is with Kale instead of lettuce!! I will NEVER make a regular ceasar salad again. Something about the kale hiding the dressing in all its curls.
Mmmm Mmmmm Mmmmmm. 😋
