I made a quick Facebook post & showed up to a line up in -20 with brutal wind! So grateful; you guys swept me clean within an hour 😅

For everyone asking; I will be back in a couple weeks! I’ll post a date/time when I have a ready date on the beef. This time I’ll have inventory on everything 👌🏻

The website is loaded & ready for orders!

I’m trying out a new approach this time, & all the cuts are individually added so anyone can pick their custom order vs a pre-sorted box. The approx weights of each item are there for pricing idea & I’ll be reaching out with an accurate final total before pickup!

Dawson pickup is Nov 29 & FSJ is Nov 30.

I will be making another trip to both locations before Christmas for any orders placed after Saturday.

Beef customers! We’ve got wheels!

Our fancy new beef wagon will be delivering to Dawson Creek on Nov 29 & Fort St. John on Nov 30. Those who have ordered will receive an email with details about time & location.

More ground beef & cut boxes will be posted on the website next week; those on the email list will get an email once the inventory is live!

I will be planning to do a second trip to both Dawson & Fort St John before Christmas for deliveries if any orders come in after next Sunday!

I am super excited to announce that I’ve been working on a website to streamline the ordering process & make it easier on both ends!

Ground beef is set to hit our freezer in about 2 weeks, so I’ve loaded the inventory & you can now order at:

Please contact me with any issues as we iron out the first round kinks. You will be contacted with a local pickup date once I have a confirmed ready-by date!
Cut boxes & individual cuts will be added when I receive & inventory those. Happy shopping & thank you for supporting local!
