Since opening our doors in 2020, Gros Morne Coffee Roasters has been our exclusive coffee supplier. Whether you're enjoying a french press in your suite, a fresh cup of drip coffee with breakfast, or your favourite espresso drink, every cup starts with Dave and Laurie.

One of the biggest reasons we've partnered with them isn't just because they roast incredible coffee, it's because they care deeply about where it comes from. They source 100% certified organic coffee and have travelled to Peru and Guatemala to visit the farms where their beans are grown, building relationships with the farmers and gaining a firsthand understanding of the people and places behind every harvest.

Great coffee starts long before it reaches the roaster, and we're proud to partner with people who share our values of quality, sustainability, and supporting the communities that make it all possible.

New at the roastery ☕️ Red honey processed Costa Rican coffee all the way from Finca La Vajusa!

This varietal is processed by removing the skin of the cherry but leaving some of the sticky (honey-like) mucelage on the beans during drying. The result is a sweet, juicy cup of coffee with notes of cocoa and honey.
