Outdoor Raised Chickens and Turkeys. Family operated free range chicken and turkey operation.

We didn’t start out to have a free range chicken and turkey business, it developed by accident, we had bought some broiler chickens for ourselves and before they had fully feathered they had been sold to a few neighbours. The older ladies in our area that had been raising chickens were starting to retire, and their families were looking for farm raised chicken. Word got out that we were raising chickens, filling the niche the grandmas had left open and the business organically grew itself.

They’re made with hand-deboned chicken right here on the farm and come in 7 delicious flavours.

A few things people love about them:
• Nitrate free
• Gluten free
• Filler free
• Only one flavour contains dairy

We use collagen casings and keep the ingredient list simple, so you can feel good about serving them to your family.

They’re perfect on the BBQ, sliced into pasta, or cooked up for an easy weeknight dinner!

We’re so excited to be back for market season! You can find us at the Lacombe Farmers Market every Thursday from 2–6 PM and at the Market at Red Deer every Saturday from 8 AM–12:30 PM, now through Thanksgiving weekend. We can’t wait to see you there

WEATHER ALERT 🌪️

We have unfortunately had to CANCEL TODAY'S MARKET - Thursday, May 14th.

We ALWAYS run rain or shine - that's our commitment to you. But safety comes first. After being on site this morning, the wind is just too much. With gusts reaching up to 90 km/hr and sustained winds of 60 km/hr, we cannot risk our vendors' tents, products, equipment - or the safety of anyone in our community. This was a difficult decision, but it's the right one.

We know this is disappointing - it's disappointing for us too. Our vendors have been looking forward to seeing you, and we hate to let our community down. But we won't compromise on safety.

We'll be back next Thursday, May 21st at 2 PM at Michener Park. We can't wait to see you then!
