What the program is you submit a business idea to start over the summer,if they like your idea they choose you and give you a small start up fee. This year was my first year applying for it. I have decided to grow flower,veggies and hoping to start seedlings/saplings in the future. While I am waiting for some plants to grow,I have been doing different one of a kind garden art,with the help of my m
