Altmaerker German Sausage House and Deli Delicious, fresh, hand-made, gluten-free sausages, meat products and other ready-to-eat deli items using traditional German, European and family recipes.

Proprietors Sandra and Stephan Till came to Canada from the Altmark region of Germany and, in the Spring of 2012, opened their own delicatessen in North Delta, British Columbia. Stephan is a certified “Fleischer Meister” who learned and perfected his craft in his native Germany. He prepares homemade sausages, meat products and other ready-to-eat items using traditional German, European and family

recipes and techniques. Our sausages are small-batch, hand-made and gluten free using absolutely no binders and no fillers! Come in for a taste of Germany and “Ja, wir sprechen Deutsch!”

The three little piggies went out one day,
Looking for something tasty to take home and slay.
They skipped past the wolf, without a care—
