We prepare delicious, nutritious, homemade meals, and deliver them frozen. Why “In Good Hands” started:

The seed was planted for this company when we were cooking meals for our Uncle who suffers from dementia. When his son made the following statement, we found our purpose and passion. He said, “I can tell you that my Dad has no idea who you are, but I can assure you, he senses your kindness”. Fr

om that moment on, we decided this is what we would like to do for other families. Who’s Cookin’: Nathan and Michelle, a husband and wife team who love to cook (and eat). We operate in a Class 5 kitchen and have safe food handling certification. Ordering & delivery:

Place your order by Saturday noon to receive your meals the following Thursday afternoon between noon & 4pm. Please let us know if this timeframe is an issue. You can order online, by phone, or by email. All methods of payment are accepted, including cheques. E-Gift cards available. The minimum order is 5 meals.
