New Hiring (Part-time Barista/Tearista all-rounder )
C&A Bubble Tea is a new section of C&A NEW CART, which brings the Eastern Tea culture by delivering high-quality tea drinks with the concept of healthy and fresh. Serving high standards of brewing tea, preparing toppings, and maintaining high attention to detail with all other ingredients that go into shaking up a healthy and fresh cup of tea to our clients. In Dieppe and Moncton, a number of our fans are attracted by our tasty tea drinks.
With the business development, we are currently hiring a Part-time Barista/Tearista all-rounder at our exciting new location in Dieppe. We are looking for enthusiastic, highly self-motivated & passionate people to join our team!
Having experience working with customer service, fast-paced environments, food, and beverage experience is an asset but not a must requirement. Functions of this job entail cash handling at the POS, customer service, sales & daily routine cleanliness & maintenance, tea and drink preparation, and various other duties required in the drinking bar.
Key Qualifications:
Food & Beverage experience is considered an asset
Strong customer service skills
Enjoys working independently and in a team setting
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated, organized, and excels under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to work flexible hours including morning, late nights, weekends, and holidays
Must be available to work weekends and weekdays
Job Duties include:
Process cash, debit, and credit card payments
Drink preparation
Routine cleaning & maintenance
Various drinking bar duties
Possible lifting of up to 20 kg
Required education:
High school graduate or equivalent
Food handler with food safe certificate and First Aid certification considered an advantage but not required
Operating Hours & Availability:
Job Type: Full-time
The ideal candidates should be available a minimum of 40 hours per week and including the ability to work during the day & MUST ABLE TO WORK ON WEEKEND & HOLIDAY
Working time will be 10 am ~7 pm.
