Dumplings! I could eat them every day. This week I'm featuring shrimp dumplings, packed with juicy shrimp, scallion and water chestnuts.

I love them steamed and finished with a spicy chili oil or pan fried with a soya and sriracha dipping sauce. Either way they're mouthwatering and irresistable, not to mention handmade with love and care.

Each week I share the new menu and this week we have Chicken and Vegetable Spring Rolls, Vietnamese Pork and Shrimp Spring Rolls and Vegetable Spring Rolls.
