I was asked to make a cake that the school kiddos had to copy and this is the challenge I prepared.
I hope y'all brought your appetite!
Let's break this thing down...

🍝 The noodles
The buttercream piping looks convincing. The color choice is right, and the strands draping over the side sell the “real spaghetti” look.
🍅 Sauce
The glossy strawberry ganache gives the visual punch I needed. It reads like marinara right away and adds contrast.
🍖 Meatballs
These are excellent. The darker cake-pop texture peeking through makes them look browned like actual meatballs.
🧀 Parmesan effect
The grated white chocolate was a smart move. It adds realism and texture.
🍞 Garlic bread side piece
Honestly, this is one of the best details. It makes the whole plate feel intentional and complete. Angel food cake for the win!
🍴 Fork twirl
Great finishing touch. It creates motion and makes it photo-ready.
🥣 The bowl
What literally holds it all together. Crafted to perfect and smooth like butter... But made of white chocolate! 😚👌

I was so darn nervous for this piece but absolutely loved how it turned out!

What a SWEET afternoon! 🍪💖

A huge thank you to Breton FCSS for inviting me to be part of the Women’s Wellness Day. I had the absolute pleasure of hosting an afternoon session with such an amazing group of ladies!

We dove right into the magic of baking.. learning step-by-step how to make sugar cookie dough from scratch, whipping up royal icing, and then bringing it all together to create edible little works of art ✨

Not only were the cookies delicious, but the creativity in the room was unreal. Every single one turned out so beautiful in its own way!

I’m so grateful I got to spend the afternoon teaching, laughing, and creating with such a wonderful group. You ladies absolutely nailed it! 👏💕

Thank you again for having me. I loved every minute of it!
