Another butcher day complete! Just under 3 hours for 19 chickens from coop to freezer!
We have at least one more butcher day for roosters, at the same time some turkeys.
We are also butchering ALL of our remaining quail in the next week or two. This means after we sell the 40 dozen or so quail eggs we currently have- there will be no more until spring (if we decide to do quail again).
