Harvesting pretty hot and heavy these days!
Beans and flowers galore, tomatoes are almost ready, the herb garden has overflowed, and we are planting our fall crops.

*** U-Pick Open! ***

We have lettuces ready for picking, with peas, bean, herbs and tomatoes coming soon!

Here's how it works:

- Visit us at 5926 Highland Ave, and either bring your own container, or use our small bags provided.

- Peruse our U-Pick beds and harvest as much leafy greens as you'd like - we have scissors at our stand if needed.

- A "Half Bag" serves 2 people easily and is about 50g. A "Full Bag" would of course be about 100g and would be adequate for 4.
..and that's it!

We look forward to having a lot to pick soon - asian greens, herbs, peas and beans, flowers, and several varieties of tomatoes!

As always, we will have plants, flowers and produce for sale at our stand!

COMING SOON: U-PICK VEGGIES!!!

If you have been to our little stand lately, you probably have noticed the row of pots and boxes lining our driveway. These veggies will be open to the public SOON!

This will be a small U-Pick designed for you to quickly stop by and grab a healthy meal - this is our first year, so we want to try out a million ideas!

Right Now:
We have a few radishes ready to eat, beautiful leaf lettuce almost ready to harvest , and peas exploding upward....

Later:
We have beans going in now, and have a variety of tomatoes ready to line the driveway for the summer. We'll even have U-Pick Bouquets, with Dahlias and more!

Let us know what you think would work in our little U-Pick, we'll try anything once!

Living Salad Bowls are back! Well, kind of...

We at least have a few of our decorative salad bowls ready, get 'em while they're hot! Pick a salad as you need it: spinach, kale, lettuces and other greens, depending on the mix!

Still a couple of rose campion and day lily left, as well a couple veg starts odds and ends.

Of course, we always have a few succulents available - either individually or in arrangements!

Thanks to everyone for making our little stand a success! The demand has been amazing! We look forward to a great year with you all!

We've been busy expanding last year's existing veggie patch, overhauling the greenhouse, as well as creating an entirely new area for the U-Pick and a more permanent farm stand....

Somewhere in there we'll find some time to actually get planting
