- Twice the heat of Korean. Filipino Sr. 🌶️ 🌶️ 🌶️

- Thrice the heat of Korean. Elephant Garlic (Leek)
- Big cloves (3+ cloves).
- Good cooked in anything.

*In 2025, a new variety will replace our current Red Russian, which yields bigger heads and cloves! This one is called “Heritage Red Russian” and comes from the interior of BC.
