Recipe:
• Chilled Prosecco
• Frozen apple juice cubes (100% McBarleys Apple Juice, frozen in an ice cube tray)

Method
Add 3–4 frozen apple juice cubes to a flute and top with Prosecco. Sip as it slowly sweetens and evolves in the glass 🥂🍏

Hot Mulled Cider - Two ways

Spiked Hot Apple Cider
Warm apple cider infused with classic mulling spices, finished with a splash of smooth orange brandy, dark rum, bourbon or whiskey. Garnished with fresh apple slices, cinnamon, and star anise for the ultimate fireside sip.

Perfect for: cold nights, holiday hosting, and slow sipping by candlelight.

Non-Alcoholic Hot Apple Cider
Fresh apple cider gently simmered with star anise, cinnamon, allspice & clove, finished with cranberries and orange for a naturally sweet, deeply spiced winter warmer.

Perfect for: kids, fall & holiday gatherings and anyone craving pure orchard comfort.

Recipe
The perfect hot apple cider base (For Both Versions)

Mulling Spices — Our Suggested Blend
• Cinnamon stick
• Star anise
• Cloves
• Allspice (whole)

1. Add McBarleys Apple Juice to a crockpot or saucepan with your mulling spices, apple slices and/or orange slices.
2. Gently simmer for about 20 minutes, just until warmed through and fragrant.
You can leave it on low heat to serve, just don’t let it boil.
Bonus: Your house will smell absolutely incredible.

Orchard Sangria

Fresh apple, bright citrus, and crisp white wine come together in this fruit-forward orchard sangria. Orchard Sangria is light, juicy, and beautifully balanced with our sweet apple juice and a subtle warmth from orange brandy. Refreshing, elegant, and made for easy pouring.

🍎 Orchard Sangria
Party Pour (Serves 12–14)

Fresh, bright, and effortless for entertaining.

You’ll Need:
• 2 bottles dry white wine
• 2 cups McBarleys Apple Juice
• ½ cup orange brandy
• 2 apples, sliced
• 2 oranges, sliced
• 2 generous handfuls fresh cranberries
• Ice
• OPTIONAL Prosecco, soda water, or ginger ale to top

How to Serve:
Add fruit to a large pitcher or drink dispenser. Pour over wine, apple juice, and orange brandy.
Chill for 2–4 hours. Serve over ice and top with bubbles if desired.

Crisp apple juice, a light-bodied red wine, and a sparkling Prosecco finish. The Winter Orchard Spritz is bright, juicy, and refreshingly balanced with tart cranberry and fragrant rosemary. Fresh, festive, and made for effortless seasonal sipping. It’s a crowd pleaser, perfect for parties and cozy holiday gatherings.

Recipe single glass:
• 3 oz Prosecco
• 3 oz chilled light-bodied red wine (Pinot Noir or Grenache)
• 2 oz fresh apple juice
• Ice
• Cranberry & rosemary garnish

Party pour for 10

You’ll Need:
• 1 bottle (750 ml) Prosecco
• 3 cups chilled light-bodied red wine (Pinot Noir or Grenache)
• 2 cups McBarleys Apple Juice
• 2–3 cups ice
• Fresh cranberries & rosemary for garnish

How to Serve:
Add wine and apple juice to a large pitcher. Stir gently with ice to chill.
Just before serving, top with Prosecco.
Garnish with cranberries & rosemary sprigs.

Pour over ice, top with bubbles, and enjoy that winter orchard glow 🍷🍎

Smoked Orchard Old Fashioned

Whiskey, fresh apple juice, and a burning cinnamon stick. This is the cocktail that tastes like a crackling fire and crisp orchard nights. Smooth, smoky, warm, and dangerously sippable.
Recipe:
• 2 oz Whiskey
• 2 oz McBarleys Apple Juice
• Dash of simple syrup or honey (optional)
• Cinnamon stick — lit until smoking
• Orange peel + ice
Stir, smoke, sip.

Recipe:

• 2 oz fresh apple juice
• ½ oz honey syrup (equal parts honey + hot water)
• Honey–sugar rim (optional… but highly recommended)
Pour over ice, top with bubbles, and enjoy that orchard-to-glass glow 🥂🍏
