Part-Time Milker / Farm Worker – Wigmana Farms Ltd

Wigmana Farms Ltd is looking for reliable, motivated individuals to join our team! We have multiple part-time positions available with the opportunity to gain hands-on farm experience.

What you’ll do:

* Milking cows in our parlour (primary duty)
* Assisting with calf care and general animal care
* Opportunities for additional farm work during the day, including a small amount of field work

Hours:

* Morning: 5:00 – 8:00 AM
* Evening: 4:00 – 7:00 PM
* Extra daytime hours available for those interested in a broader variety of farm tasks

Who we’re looking for:

* No prior experience necessary – we’re happy to train!
* Quick learner with a positive attitude
* Reliable transportation
* Dependable and hardworking

Compensation:

* Salary based on experience

Wigmana Farms Ltd, a modern family-run dairy farm near Hopeville, is looking for reliable part-time help with evening and weekend milking. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with animals, takes pride in their work, and is looking for consistent, hands-on farm experience.

🕒 Job Details:
• Position: Evening & Weekend Milker
• Location: Near Hopeville
• Shifts: Approx. 3 hours per shift, 4:00-7:00 with some flexibility intge exactstart time
• Schedule: 1–3 evenings per week, with potential for more hours for the right candidate

🐄 Key Responsibilities:
• Milking cows in a double-8 herringbone parlour
• Setup and cleanup of milking equipment before and after shifts
• Ensuring animal comfort and maintaining cleanliness in the parlour

✅ What We’re Looking For:
• No experience required — full training provided
• Reliable and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the farm
