Looks like insulation… because it is 😯🌱
Today we’re filling gerbera pots with rock wool — a growing medium that helps support healthy roots through even drainage and strong root development.
Yes, it’s the same material used for insulation (made from heated rock — basically lava 🔥), but it also plays a big role in hydroponic growing. Healthy roots = healthy flowers 🌼

🌱 Full greenhouse… empty greenhouse 😯
Gerbera plants bloom for about three years before it’s time for a refresh. That means out with the old and in with the new!
