Our local honey from the countrysides of Guelph and The Kawarthas. Our honey is harvested annually as a wildflower medley and not at all processed. As a result, our honey exhibits the subtle flavours of the various flora the bees visit throughout the summer months. Our honey is unpasteurized and unprocessed ensuring none of the honey's natural health benefits and floral flavours are lost. Honey is perfectly preserved in its natural hexagonal wax comb cells. Our honeycomb is cut straight from the hive as it naturally occurs
