Mindfulness Monday! (Tuesday)

I wanted to share this really peaceful picture I took of a student from a class. He connected so well with Lola. It was really beautiful to see.

So my reminder today is to just stop and see the little things and the little moments that matter the most to you!

The kids and teachers got to learn safety around horses, the brush kits, get some meals ready and how to connect with horses through walking activities!

Ohh and visiting the other animals in the farm!

Safe to say everyone had a very calming and grounding experience!

Mindfulness Monday!

This week I’m challenging you to do something you FORGOT you love!

With winter finally ending and getting back into lessons and barn stuff, I forgot just how much, I love seeing the kids learn and grow!

The “My gosh, I missed being on a horse” said from students just brings it all together again!

Wishing you all a great week!

Mindfulness Monday!

As I brush the horses and see them shedding their winter coat this reminds me that as humans us to we shed in the spring time.

This can be winter weight that we took on during the snowfalls that is coming off or this can be a new awareness that we have now as spring wakes up.

The awareness of what is worth my time? What energy do I want to be around?? what vibes do I want to give out? What boundaries am I creating for myself or my family?

Whatever that may look like for you, there are no wrong answers. Whatever you’re shedding this spring is perfect. Just the way it’s supposed to be!

Whats does Mindfulness mean ?

It can mean so many things… like taking a breath, a walk, feeling the grass under your feet.

Deep down it comes this ⬇️

What do you do to be mindful?

Mindfullness Monday!

One step at a time = small words = big meaning

When we think of taking one step at a time mindset instead of all or nothing, this can definitely change our perspective on our ourselves and our goals.

I’m the type of person that likes things done yesterday.

As a mom, business owner and a dairy farmer’s wife, I’ve learnt, sometimes the hard way, that one thing at a time is the best way to go. If not, you may feel defeated, not enough and unworthy.

So today, I’m reminding you to do one thing one step to reach your goal.

I use this with our clients all the time. Let’s start by brushing the horse and not jumping on. Let’s start by feeding the pigs and not petting itz.

so that’s the important part. Be kind to yourself and take one step at a time to reach your goal. Whatever that may be if you feel like sharing your one step today, you can comment below!

Wishing everyone an amazing Easter weekend! Have fun with your friends and family! Sessions are back on next weekend! ❤️
