What a weekend at the Foire Gourmande de l'Abitibi-Témiscamingue et du Nord-Est Ontarien🎉 New location, amazing vibe, and lots of bites sold — we're beyond grateful to share our passion for great food!

Huge thanks to the organizing committee, volunteers, fellow exhibitors, my crew, and the public who came out!

And winning Best Bite of 2026 - Truly blessed. 🏆

Seven chefs from across Northern Ontario — from Verdicchio (Sudbury) and McTaggart Farms (Sudbury) to Breakfast Pig (Sault Ste. Marie), Dida's (Earlton), Rude Awakening TV (Kawartha Lakes, Au Chalet (Timmins) and the Radical Gardens crew — coming together for an afternoon of deliciousness and Northern Ontario terroir. As well as local beverage producers!

Indulge in our signature burger featuring a succulent fried chicken breast topped with a delicious peach whiskey chutney, crispy local bacon, melted Monterey Jack cheese, fresh lettuce, and mayo. It’s the burger everyone eagerly anticipates each year—celebrating our 8th summer of serving this favorite!

Savor our delightful appetizer of grilled Ontario peaches paired with creamy burratini cheese on crostini. Drizzled with our house-made hot honey sauce using local honey, it’s complemented by crispy prosciutto and fresh herbs. So incredibly delicious that if Chef Linda could, she’d lick the plate clean!
