It’s been a busy week! Restocking after a BUNCH of soaps totally sold out (THANK YOU to everyone who checked out the last couple of markets!), whipping up some more body butter, and trying to keep up with processing veggies. For what it’s worth, the dehydrator was a GREAT purchase for us, we dehydrate lots of cherry tomatoes and peppers. The peppers get ground into powder, and the tomatoes go in the freezer. Takes up way less space, and they keep forever!

All ready for my first night market! I’ll be at Pineridge Hollow + The Village tomorrow from 4-10 with a wide variety of goodies. Lots of cool stuff to see and vendors to visit, come check it out and say hi! ❤️

Bevelling soap edges takes a fair bit of time, but I just love how much softer it makes the bar feel in the hands. The new fall soaps (Apple C***r and Pumpkin Spice) are a little too soft yet, but will be ready to go in a few weeks!

Busy restocking soap! These batches both turned out amazing, after I goofed up and forgot to add fragrance to the last one. At least we’ll have some gorgeously swirled unscented soap available 😄 Check the store for current inventory, I just updated it!

This spring I found some purple pepper seeds stashed away from a few years ago and thought they would be fun to grow. Great germination rate, I was so excited! And then: PEPPERGATE STRIKES AGAIN 😩 A few years ago there were some major mixups at the seed production companies, and a TON of peppers ended up mislabeled, which gained the dramatic moniker of Peppergate. At least these banana peppers look great, even if not what I expected!
