What’s for Supper?
Today is going to be a beautiful day!
Here is a recipe for Melon Salad. Perfect for your next BBQ!!

6 cups seedless cubed melon - honey dew, watermelon
1 cup diced cucumber
½ cup crumbled feta cheese
¼ cup sliced red onion
2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon honey
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Pinch of salt

Instructions
Add the cubed melon to a large serving bowl.
Add cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese
In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, honey, black pepper, and a tiny pinch of salt.
Pour the dressing over the salad.
Gently toss everything together.
Chill for 15–20 minutes before serving.
