Love this and had to share…. So many are so quick to judge…. Without walking a mile in their shoes…And at the end of the day my mom always said if you don’t have anything nice to say … Don’t say anything at all❤️

We are getting some much needed rain here at the ranch and I am grateful for it!! Close to 4 inches in the last 50 hours! Thankfully the last two mares due to foal have been hanging on till the storm passes

Callie C Horses and I are getting the 2 yr olds started and this sweet filly is sired by Rey Dual and out of my daughter of Shiners Got Swagger, June❤️❤️❤️

This is her first foal and so excited to see how she does!!

Got me thinking...
Sometimes we get so wrapped up in making everyone else happy... we forget to take time for ourselves... forgetting who we are... and put our dreams on the back burner.... even sometimes forgetting we even had them in the first place
Pretty soon we become resentful to the people around us when really it is our responsibility to take time to nurture ourselves ❤️
Hope everyone does a little something to make themselves smile today.... cause at the end of the day loosing yourself to make others happy and spreading yourself to thin just makes for a very unhappy you❤️

Sometimes we get so wrapped up in wanting what everyone else has and keeping up with the “Jones” that we forget to appreciate all that we do have 😊
We need to take a step back and look how far we have came... all the obstacles we have overcome....and the horse power we have 🥰
At the end of the day.... be grateful
I am sooooo grateful for Shiners Got Swagger.... and all the foals he is producing ❤️

In case nobody has said this to you recently,
or ever,
I hope you’re proud of yourself.
They say too much pride will kill you.
Maybe. But too little of it is just as true.
We just get so caught up sometimes
and keep the right words tied down too tightly.
Listen to me -
if you’re doing the best you can
with what you have, you’re evolving,
fighting
and you’re still full of fire and feeling,
well,
be proud of that.

You could have turned back long ago.
But you didn’t.
Nobody will ever understand your path.
The rough roads and weather were yours to travel through,
and you likely traveled them alone.
You deserve people in your life
who not only want to see you rise,
but want to rise alongside you.
You’re hard enough on yourself,
please don’t extend a hand to someone
who takes it
only to hold you down.
