Parabolic 2026, Imperial Tiramisu Stout 8.0% ABV

Anniversary Release # 3: Available Thursday, August 27 🥳

Last year’s stout was so popular we decided we had to make another one to celebrate! Having an awesome neighbour in we wanted to riff on a classic dessert, tiramisu. We opted for a fairly complex malt bill that uses some of the best Alberta has to offer with Chocolate Malt & Roasted Barley and supporting roles from Honey Malt with a plethora of flaked oats. Then to make things interesting we hit this one with loads of Single-Origin Cacao Nibs, Vanilla Beans, Espresso, Lady Fingers, & Milk Sugar to bring the classic tiramisu vibes.

Elliptic 2026, Imperial Fruited Co-Fermentation Sour 8.0% ABV

Anniversary Release # 2: Available Thursday, August 27 🥳

While we don’t make many co-fermentation sours around here, when we do they are something special. We couldn’t have an Irrational birthday party without one. We use our house culture to sour the beer during the fermentation process creating a depth of flavour that simply isn’t possible with kettle souring. With a plethora of high-protein malts and an obscene amount of fruit puree this beer is worthy of our celebration. We opted for a blend of blackberry and yuzu. Expect a rich thick mouthfeel with notes of sweet and tart blackberry jam & citrus compote.

Our anniversary weekend has become one of our favourite traditions: a few days to celebrate another year of making beer we are proud of, and more importantly, to say THANK YOU to the incredible community that keeps showing up for us.

Concentric 2026, TDH West Coast DIPA 8.0% ABV

Anniversary Release # 1: Available Thursday, August 27 🥳

This year’s Concentric combines our obsession for West Coast IPA and everything we learned experimenting with our Lucidity series with knowledge gained through collaboration and hop selection. We have been keen on creating an ultra-light base of Pilsner and Chit Malt that allows the hops to take center stage. We layered the whirlpool with Mosaic and Krush Cryo and dry-hopped the beer three times with a blend of Mosaic, Riwaka, Krush Cryo, and Nelson Cold Pressed Hop Juice. The sheer intensity in aroma and flavour is something that must be experienced first-hand. Expect blueberry rosin, complex tropical, & fresh squeezed citrus.
