Roots of Colombia Coffee

Freshly roasted Colombian coffee in Canada. We offer dark and medium roast coffee in whole beans and ground beans.

Roots of Colombia coffee comes exclusively from our family farm “El Agrado” which means “Pleased”. The farm is located in the rural community of Genova, Quindio, Colombia, at an altitude between 1780 - 2000 metres closer to the stars. El Agrado is 6% native forest, 27% pastures and 67% coffee plantations, animal hunting is prohibited, and it is a peaceful place for bird watching. Our coffee is A

rabica-Castilla grown in soil rich in nutrients from volcanic origin. The beans are honey processed, one of the most environmentally friendly methods of de-pulping in which no water is wasted or contaminated; resulting in a bean with excellent aroma, perfect acidity, strong body, and fruity flavour.
