Today, four days after our 8th birthday as Edmonton’s first distillery in history, we suffered a significant fire. One staff member was hurt, though thankfully was treated, and is now comfortable at home.
This has been devastating for our eclectic little operation, and we are appreciative and humbled by the immense outpouring of support and concern from everyone.
While the distillery is temporarily closed, as a small business we’ve got to keep on keeping on. Our inventory was unaffected, and we are still offering same-day shipping and free delivery on orders over $125, so please visit our sprawling online store at strathconaspirits.ca/shop. For those who prefer distillery pick-up, we will announce hours for pick up through the alley-access in the coming days.
Also, pretty please, try to support our amazing retail and on-premise partners across the province who honour and support us. They are our lifeblood everyday; they are the best most creative operators in the province and share our work daily on their competitive shelves.
