What a wonderful reason to celebrate!

Last weekend we had the pleasure of preparing food for a lovely lady’s 90th birthday party. Her family requested a nice variety of our sandwiches and wraps, along with fresh veggie and fruit trays.

We always want to make sure there’s plenty to go around, and they told us they had enough left over to enjoy again the next day. That’s what we like to hear!

We had a fellow reach out to us who was coming to Edmonton for a family reunion. He wasn’t from the area and wanted to bring something good to contribute, so he asked us to prepare a 15 lb smoked beef brisket, sliced and ready to serve.

We cooked it up and delivered it for him, and the next day he took the time to send me an email saying he couldn’t thank us enough. He said the brisket was excellent and there was lots for everyone!

It’s always nice to hear that, especially when someone is trusting us with part of a special family gathering. So glad we could help make things a little easier and send him off with a whole lot of brisket!

Last weekend was a pretty special one for our family! We had an engagement party for my son Spencer and his fiancé Caitlin, and I couldn’t be happier for them!

We celebrated with lots of family and friends, plenty of laughs and of course, lots of food. We served smoked beef brisket, baked beans, rice pilaf, mac and cheese, potato salad, pasta salad, corn on the cob, and fresh fruit and veggies.

It was so nice having everyone together to celebrate these two. I’m one very excited mom and can’t wait to see what the future holds for these youngsters.

Congratulations you two! We love you both so much.

We had a big wedding out at Obsidian Ridge this past weekend and it was a great one!

We served barbecued rib steaks with mashed potatoes, rice pilaf and veggies, along with dill pickle pasta salad, Caesar salad and broccoli salad.

The steaks turned out fantastic and we received so many nice compliments on the food. It was a busy day, but always worth it when everyone leaves happy and well fed!

Last weekend kept our team busy, and we couldn't be more grateful.

On Friday, we provided food for a celebration of life with an assortment of fresh wraps, sandwiches, and our homemade baking. It was a delivery and set up to bring comfort and good food to family and friends during a meaningful gathering.

Saturday brought two beautiful weddings.

The first featured slow-cooked beef brisket, our homemade Ukrainian cabbage rolls, Caesar salad, and potato salad.

The second was for Jenna and Rory, who chose a hearty homemade menu of roast beef with gravy, oven roasted chicken with gravy, mashed potatoes, pasta marinara, steamed vegetables, Caesar salad, Greek salad, and broccoli salad.

The compliments kept coming all evening. Guests couldn't stop talking about how tender the roast beef was, and many came back for second and even third helpings.

Thank you to everyone who trusted Let's Eat Catering to be part of such special occasions. We love bringing people together over homemade food made with care.

Another great barbecue in the books!

We had the pleasure of catering a staff barbecue for Delta V Holdings, serving up homemade beef burgers, smokies, potato salad, Greek salad, our famous Caesar salad, homemade pork and beans, assorted drinks, and plenty of homemade baking.

There were lots of hungry workers and family members to feed, and it was wonderful to see everyone enjoying a great meal together.

Thank you to the fantastic team at Delta V Holdings for having us. We truly appreciate the opportunity to make sure everyone left with a full stomach!
