We brought out the big guns this week, our youngest of the 5th generation is officially in training! 🥟

These two 8-year-olds spent the afternoon learning how to pinch and seal perogies the same way it’s been done in our family for generations. No shortcuts, no rushing, just patient little hands learning a traditional skill one perogy at a time.

You have to start them young. This is how a family recipe survives five generations: not written down, but handed down.
