Hello, my name is Colette Canning and my business is called Csquared cakes and nibbles. I started baking about 4 years ago, if you came over for dinner there definitely was a desert of some kind. I loved watching people’s faces go from that “food comma” look to a shy smile and silent fist pump of joy when desert was served. Then I started bringing cakes and cupcakes to friends and families special
occasions; I thought what a better way to show them my love then homemade goodies; Made especially for them on their special day. People got really excited and started asking if I could do their kids birthdays, or new of someone looking for a cake. It was amazing and very gratifying seeing everyone’s faces light up when they saw their cake. It started me thinking. . . Well, fast forward four years and here I am. You might be scratching your heads at the Nibbles part of my business. When I got married in September 2016 my best friend Eireann put together two coolers bursting full of food; sushi, meat and cheese, sandwiches, fruit and veggies. You wanted it and it was there. Drinks for pictures and a little something at the salon for the morning. I couldn’t have been more blessed that day. So the long and short of the story is that I did the same thing for a friend of mine on her special day and they loved it. Once again the wheels and cogs started turning and now I offer the same service, I put together a menu packed full of yummy, homemade snacks that you can pack into a cooler and get delivered to your picture sight. You can load that baby up with as much food and drinks that you want and all the eating apparatuses come with.
