From dough to Danish ✨

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes look at how our Berry Custard Danishes come together. We carefully roll and shape the laminated dough, fill each pastry with creamy custard and berries, then bake until beautifully golden and finish with a light dusting of icing sugar.

Our Spelt Pesto Cheese Croissants begin with slow-fermented dough made with certified organic whole-grain spelt flour, freshly stone-milled in our bakery.

🥖 We’re Hiring at Breadland Bakery & Café!

We are looking for reliable team members for two part-time positions:

1. Early-Morning Baker Helper

🕔 Tuesday to Saturday, 5:00 AM to approximately 9:00 AM

This is a hands-on position helping with bakery and pastry preparation. Previous baking experience is not required, but good hand coordination and the ability to work quickly and carefully are important. Kitchen experience is an asset.

2. Afternoon Team Member

🕝 Shifts begin at either 2:30 PM or 3:30 PM and finish once closing duties are completed, usually between 6:30 and 7:00 PM.

This position includes customer service, barista duties, slicing and packaging bread, dishwashing, cleaning, and closing duties. Previous food-related customer service experience is required.
