HOMEMADE CHILI CRISP INFUSION
1 cup olive oil
2 tablespoons A Spice Affair Chili Crisp Oil Infusion and Seasoning

Warm olive oil in a small saucepan over medium heat until shimmering (2-3 minutes).
Add A Spice Affair Chili Crisp Oil Infusion and Seasoning. Stir and reduce heat to low.noodles, eggs, dumplings, and dressings.
Let simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool completely.
Transfer to an airtight jar or bottle. Store in a cool, dark place for up to 2 weeks.
