Kootenay Bayou is a handcrafted, family owned, small batch, gourmet hot sauce originally produced in the lowlands of the Columbia Valley in British Columbia. Our goal is to reach a broad market of users as we have concentrated on flavour foremost, followed by a distinct habanero heat.
