Sgambaro's Signature Seafoods specializes in fine gourmet salmon products. Our unique product line includes Atlantic Cold Smoked Salmon (lox), Gravlax, Salmon Sausage, Salmon Pate, Salmon Jerkey and our signature line of delicious three mustard dill sauce. Based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, Sgambaro's is a chef-driven brand, owned and operated by award-winning chef Roberto Sgambaro. Founded in 1995, Chef Sgambaro launched his gourmet salmon product line with a vision of bringing outstanding salmon products to the prairies. You will find our products in some of the finest hotels, restaurants and markets across Alberta, as well as online at our e-store. All of our products are made in our state-of-the-art facility in Edmonton, Alberta and shipped to fine retailers, restaurants and hotels across Canada. Our products are proudly retailed in Alberta at select Sunterra Market locations, as well as at the Edmonton Italian Centre. You can also find us at seasonal farmers markets throughout Edmonton. Our online store provides access for cooking fanatics, foodies and home-based chefs alike to purchase and enjoy our products. Buon appetito!

Schedule: Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (1 shift per week)

Primary Responsibilities:

Prepare and offer smoked salmon samples to customers while sharing product information.

Carve fresh slices of smoked salmon to order for customer purchases.
