Welcoming Fall season like a pro! We enjoy donut Fridays as we roast a new batch.

We started this project inspired by all the hard work farmers place on every harvest.

In one of our trips to Asia we discovered how coffee is appreciated from the origin to the roasting and finally the way it is served.

We wanted to celebrate the origin and decided to go to Los Andes mountains in Colombia where coffee grows and connected with the people that work the land daily to bring us green beans to roast.

This post is a tribute to the hands of those who make it possible and that perhaps don’t have the social medial to showcase their hard work publicly.

When you order Americano. Here is how we do it 👍

Did you know? The Americano got its name during World War II when American soldiers in Italy wanted a coffee that reminded them of home. They found the strong Italian espresso too intense, so they diluted it with hot water, creating a milder drink. Locals started calling this style “Caffè Americano” — the American coffee. And that’s how the Americano was born!

This drink originated in Australia and New Zealand during the 80’s. A double shot of espresso topped with fine micro-foam.
