Sneak peak: future view from our bedroom patio to the horse paddock.

Are we going to regret giving the horses' the ability to beg for grain in our faces while we sleep? Probably. But for now, it's a dream come true 😂

"You can't..."

I assure you, I can. I'm literally insane.

From dream to reality, this custom cottage is well on its way to completion!

Things are moving at breakneck speed this week!

The foundation pillars are in and back-filled, the base goes on tomorrow, and all sections of the cottage itself are already on-site awaiting the crane to move them into place.

The horse's barn was delivered, complete with tack room and wash stall. The fence will go in once the septic for the cottage is installed.

The goat barn will be delivered this week, and their fencing is going in today/tomorrow. Their playground will also go in this week/next week.

The birds are getting a new coop this month as well!

Our cottage foundation is nearly complete, with the shell being delivered very soon. Then it'll be a mad dash to finish the inside before winter!

Archery desensitization with Niko begins! He could not care less about the bow or the arrows but thinks the target is a new toy to roll around the field with. Brave, silly boy.

Side note: Anyone know where to get those yoga ball horse balls with the fabric covers? Pleasant Ridge was my go-to but they're not in stock.
