Time to fill the freezer! We only have 1.5 beef left available for the end of October (or 3 halves). In a half, as an example, you can expect something like:
- 20 premium steaks
- 4 roasts
- 80 pounds of ground beef and
- 10 pounds of stewing beef
PLUS any extras if you want them like soup bones, organs, ribs etc.
You can choose to get different cuts, like more roasts instead of steak or more stew instead of roasts, but we always get asked what to expect so there's a quick example!
All of our longhorn beef is grass fed and raised in a regenerative, sustainable ecosystem right here in the beautiful Bonnechere Valley.
