The Frugal Farm Our heritage breeds of animals are naturally raised outdoors and pasture fed. No hormones, no steroids, no antibiotics.

These breeds originated from England in the early 1800s and produce moist and flavourful meat. We offer variety boxes of pork/beef/lamb/goat or quarters or sides of animals cut your specifications. Visit us at the Kingston Farmer's Market every sat May - Xmas for assorted cuts of meat as well as gluten and nitrate free sausages, kabobs, schnitzel, smoked bacon, hams and peameal bacon. Beef jerky,

pork jerky and pepperoni sticks. In season vegetables, fruit, berries, and raw cold packed honey. Thank you for supporting your local family farm.

Greetings everyone! I fell off the facebook posting train the past 2 years but fear not the farm is bigger and better than ever! Everyone meet Delroy.....he is our Jamaican farm worker here with us for the next 2 years. Snow and extreme cold is not something he has experienced before but wears many layers to survive. I often joke that i can go to Jamaica and leave the farming to him and he says...ya man no problem.
Anyway, more animal posts coming soon 🐮🐷🦆🐥🐝
