A welcoming place to connect in Elmsdale since 2010. It has become so much more! Each week there seems to be something new that our customers (whom many seem like old friends now) would like to see, something that they may have had on their travels or when

they were a child, we like new things so if we can, we will give them a try, some items are now a regular treat some are specials. We are always open for suggestions. It is very postitive when our customers appreciate that we use Organic FairTrade Coffee and Teas, all local meat - no processed, WIFI, everything made on site with Gluten Free options and also offer catering. Key Responsibilities
* Barista Excellence: Prepare a variety of espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision.
* Culinary Prep: Prepare menu items according to established recipes, including hot and cold foods, baked goods, and breakfast/lunch items.
* Quality Control: Maintain high standards for food and beverage quality, freshness, and presentation.
* Customer Interaction: Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately via POS systems, and ensure a memorable customer experience.
* Kitchen & Bar Upkeep: Follow food safety and hygiene standards, perform cleaning tasks, and assist with inventory restocking.
Qualifications
* Experience: Previous experience as a cook, barista, or in a similar food service role is highly preferred.
* Skills: Strong multitasking ability, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
* Certifications: Food Handler Certification is required or preferred. (Can be taken at time of employment)
* Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
