We’re hiring at The Fieldstone Barn.
Set on a private 17-acre farm just outside Elora, our property is designed to highlight it’s natural beauty, showcase our historic barn and have the ground thoughtfully maintained at all times.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work to join us in a hybrid role supporting the property, grounds, events and the farm. Someone who notices the details others miss – who understands that the way a space looks and feels every day matters just as much as how it performs. You’ll play a key part in ensuring the farm is consistently cared for, and that every event is executed seamlessly and on time.
The role is structured as:
• 70% maintaining the property, gardens, and outdoor spaces
• 30% supporting event setup and ex*****on
This is a fit for someone who:
• Takes pride in creating and maintaining beautiful spaces
• Is hands-on, reliable, and self-motivated
• Enjoys physical, outdoor work
• Can move between independent tasks and team-based event support
• Is available evenings and weekends during peak season
Success in this role means the property is always maintained to a high standard, and event spaces are ready without oversight.
