A few days of hands on dairy education! 🐄🥛

This week, the Oxford Dairy Producer Committee is hosting the private Dairy Education Days, welcoming approximately 1,200 Grade 4 students over three days, and Performance Dairy is grateful to be a part of it!

“It’s a way for us to educate kids and teach them where their milk comes from, with local farmers volunteering their time to share what they do and help students learn more about the dairy industry.” — Jackie Walker (DPC Member)

We have a milking robot and bucket milker on site, giving students the opportunity to see the equipment up close and learn a little more about how it works.
A great opportunity to give the next generation a closer look at dairy farming.

Performance Dairy Centre is looking for a motivated, hands-on Dairy Farm Equipment Installer to join our growing team.

Our installation crews work on modern dairy farms installing and servicing GEA milking systems, stabling, ventilation systems and other farm equipment. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems and taking pride in seeing a job done right.

Experience in agriculture, construction, millwright work or equipment installation is an asset, but you don’t need to know everything on day one. We’re looking for someone who is mechanically minded, dependable and willing to learn.

This is a full-time, year-round position with regular travel to dairy farms throughout the region.
