We have been radio silent for a couple months but we're BACK! Who's hungry!? 🌮🌶

We will be offering yummy authentic taco kits for the weekend of December 7th!

Here is the menu for the next Paco's Tacos weekend:

🌮 🐄 Tacos de suadero:
Small order: 60$ (for approx. 4 ppl)
Large order: 90$ (for approx. 6 ppl)
What are tacos de suadero?? Suadero is delicious, tender beef brisket that is shredded and you make mouth watering tacos with it.
Comes with: soft tortillas, onions, cilantro, limes and 2 salsas

🌮 🐖 🍍 Tacos al pastor:
Small order: 55$ (for approx. 4 ppl)
Large order: 85$ (for approx. 6 ppl)
What are tacos al pastor?? Delicious pork tacos. The pork is cooked in a red chile sauce and topped with sweet pineapples. SOOO good!
Comes with: soft tortillas, onions, cilantro, limes and 2 salsas.

Please write to us with any questions and to submit your orders 😊 Orders must be submitted by Wednesday, Dec. 4th 🙌 Pick up your order just outside Russell on Saturday December 7th between 1pm and 4pm. Delivery also available in the Russell, Embrun area :)

Okiiiii doki! Here we go with this weekends menu! Get ready... it's a BIG one... Paco was inspired as it is Mexican Independence weekend!

For reference, small orders feed approx. 4 ppl and large orders feed approx. 6 ppl.

🌽 Porc Pozole:
Small order : 50$
Large order : 90$
What is pozole?? Traditional Mexican soup made with porc, big kernels of corn and yummyness.
Comes with: Tostadas (crispy tortillas), radishes, onions, lettuce, limes, oregano and crushed hot chiles (on the side of course 😉)

Mixiotes:
🐔Chicken mixiotes
Small order : 50$
Large order : 90$

🐑Lamb mixiotes
Small order: 65$
Large order: 100$

What are mixiotes?? Mixiotes is a traditional Mexican dish using a main protein that is cooked with nopales (cactus - yes edible hihi), carrots, and potatoes. Then you make tacos out of all that goodness 😁
Comes with: soft tortillas, onions, cilantro, limes, 2 salsas and beans.

🌮Tacos de suadero:

What is ceviche?? A delicious shrimp salad made with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions and cilantro! enough said 😁
Comes with: Tostadas (crispy tortillas), mayonnaise, limes and 2 salsas. We can add jalapeños in there for the spicyness lovers 🌶🌶🌶

We will have to postpone our taco weekend to a later date. We are dealing with some unexpected health stuff in the family right now.

Hola taco lovers! 🌮🌮🔥

Just letting you know that next Paco's Tacos weekend will be August 31st!

We will be announcing the menu soon 😊

For now we are on vacation at family's cottage and are soaking up the beauty and good medicine Pachamama has to offer 🩵🌈🌲🌳

Woooowww!
Look at these BEAUTIFUL colourful CHILES and AJOS (garlic) from a friend's local farm Lortie-culture ! They will add a good kick to your sauces this weekend!
We feel strongly about what we put in our bodies and always prepare your tacos as if you were our family! As much as possible we use local products and good quality meat from the butcher 😃

Who's Paco..? He's my life partner, the dad of my kids and a pretty good cook 😉..! And he likes to make spicy salsas haha 🔥 but I don't like it so he makes some non spicy ones too 🩵)
