When the local school reaches out requesting some animals for a fundraiser event, we of course, jump on board! Happy to be bringing farming to our local school children!  our farm ambassadors for the day we have Millie, the goat piggy Sue, the pig, and for bunnies we have a foxy, Jeff and loaf! The perfect little crew to bring some smiles to a bunch of kids today! Happy Friday !

To whomever keeps dumping massively large piles of cat s**t on the side of the road on forestry Tower just down the road from our farm! could you kindly please stop or at least actually throw them in the bush people walk this road on a daily basis and it’s definitely not a site we want to see or smell!

Seems our Emsdale location has had some trespassers, jump a fence and walk around and even pull a sled! Just a little announcement more for knowledge than anything when trespassing on a farmers land you can be interrupting a very lengthy grow process! Please if you’re wanting to use property just ask we’re pretty easy-going if you wanna go tobogganing on one of our fantastic hills we’re more than willing to share. Just let us know so we can point you in the proper direction so you’re walking and tobogganing, isn’t hurting all of our hard work thanks in advance!

If we opened a 200mile store for farmers and producers ( old school farmers market feel) would you interested in a membership type thing to sell meats produce produces ect ? Kind of like the Huntsville coop you buy a membership stock your space we sell for you and send you the money you set prices ect we don’t touch your end you just pay a monthly memebership! Reaching out to friends and Farmers

LOOKING FOR FIRE HOSE!

Excuse me where did July and August go? I just realized it’s September and I still have a to do list from May anyway after a very hectic long busy summer we’re finally back on track to some projects. This mammoth of a round pen is being built for the oldest child who is getting her very first new horse, she a 2 yesr old coming home to train with and on, learn new skills with and of course love! That being said being the off grid farm we are we always try to build everything out out of recycled material so far this round pin is consisted of secondhand fence post. The top black rubber is the old belts out of our Baler and the white lines below are recycle fire hose. We are pretty happy with how it is turning out the problem is we are about 200 feet short of fire hose so we are on the hunt for some fire hose. If anybody has any kicking around that they’d like to sell let us know we would be interested.!!!
