Exciting day. First 2 batches of fermented hot sauce are ready. 24 day ferment. I’m in love with the fall colours and the flavour.

I started 5 more ferments today. 3 hot sauce (1 beet harissa, 1 carrot harissa & 1 green sauce) 2 red onion with a bit of what I could fit in the beet & carrot jars.

Thinking of doing a coffee/ cocoa hot sauce ferment 🤔 and maybe a pumpkin spice hot sauce.
