We commercially harvest between the end of July and beginning of August every year! At this time, we will be offering U-Pick after the harvester has been over the crop. There are always plenty of berries left behind for people to enjoy! Our berries are sent straight to a blast freezer that quickly freezes them down. We then start the proce
ss of hand sorting all of the berries so that you don't have to! Simply rinse, and add them to your favorite recipe! For ease of packaging and storing, we have 30 lb boxes for $110, or if you would prefer smaller portions, they are sold at $3.70/lb.

We also grow hard neck Red Russian Garlic! For $15.00 per pound, you can enjoy this spicy and strong garlic! A pound of garlic ranges from 7-10 bulbs, and a bulb will have 5-6 cloves each. Or, if you are the patient sort, you can plant bulbils and wait 3 years for fruition! Ask us about this! And for the scape loving sort, we harvest plenty of scapes in July that are delicious. This winter, when the dust settles, we will be having fun making our favorite scape garlic powder. This powder is earthy and delicious, and adds just the right amount of garlic flavor to your dish. The scapes have been dehydrated and make such a nice powder to cook with.
