As August quickly approaches we would like to inform everyone that we will be shutting down again like last year for maintenance and a little break, this year we will be doing it a little differently. Instead of a full shutdown we will be open Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays from 10am-6pm for retail. We are now booking domestic into the middle of August so if there’s any processing needed please contact us as soon as you can. Thanks everyone.

All of a sudden BBQ season is here! Come down and get some delicious AAA Rib or New York Strip steaks or Dino ribs for our first hot weekend of the year. We also have some new chicken burgers and three flavours of smokies, regular, cheese and jalapeño cheese and if smoked pork chops is your things we’ve got them too. Happy Friday! Just in time for the weekend we’ve got pork buttons back in stock! We are also selling lake Winnipeg pickerel fillets as well as pickerel cheeks for all you berry pickers out there who can’t catch any fish. Starting next week we will have beef Dino ribs back in stock as well. We are also now accepting wild game for sausage as we are finally getting caught up.

Good morning! Hope everyone is gearing up for a great August long weekend, we wanted to let those of you know that don’t yet that we will be closing the doors for a few weeks to so do some much needed maintenance on our equipment and ourselves before the “busy season” gets rolling again. We will be back open this month again tentatively around the 25th but we will keep everyone posted. It’s not ideal but unfortunately some of the sausage making equipment will be out for repair and the staff need a bit of a break as well. Tomorrow will be our last day so feel free to come and stock up, thanks for the continued support and we look forward to seeing you again soon.
