Our local Essex family farm has been offering government-inspected corn-finished Angus beef/veal since 1989. It is our mission to raise healthy and content cattle using home-grown corn, hay, and soy protein. This ensures a cut of meat that is properly marbled, tender, and savoury for our valued customers.
