We are officially sold out of tomatoes! Almost 350lbs of tomatoes went out between Monday and Friday -whew.

We are so glad they will not go to waste, although compost wouldn't exactly be wasting. We are so grateful to this community!

We have SOLD OUT of the big beef tomatoes and have five 10lb flats of green ROMA still available.

If you want some green romas let me know.

Every year we learn more and get a little bit better. Last year at this time we were so exhausted. We had built an acre of garden, fenced it, put in an irrigation system, built a walk in cooler, planted, maintained and harvested a full garden.

We were done and didn’t do much to clean up.

It was not worth it. This spring we started some crops late because we were in clean up still. Regrets. Ug. Lesson learned.

This year, we are not making the same mistake. We have torn down a majority of the garden and will be moving the ribs for the tunnels this week. We will be ready to roll next spring! Beds are being built and covered for winter.

We know we disappointed customers this summer not having cucumbers and peas, but we were so encouraged by your consistent support despite it! Thank you!

End of the day, we continue to do this because we love to grow, playing in the dirt is the best. And being able to offer good food to our community is a real privilege.

October 4th will be our last weekend at the Estevan Farmers Market but we will continue to sell potatoes from the farm until they are gone! We will update later in the week with what we will have with us.

Thanks so much everyone! We can’t wait to ramp things up for next year!
