Have you noticed our prices are higher than the other, bigger grocery store prices? 🤔

Have you ever considered why? Ya'll are so hard on me all the time 😅

I could buy cheap meat. It's definitely available. My suppliers want me to buy it.

🙈 Australian beef is, on average, 30% cheaper.
🙉 New Zealand beef sources are grass-fed, free-range, and cheaper.
🙊I can source north American Wagyu at a steep discount, as long as it's imported to Canada...
😵‍💫 Water bathing or injecting meats could add some extra weight to every product, like some places do...

So HERE IS WHY - why we only buy Canadian, and specifically Albertan beef, we source local Wagyu, and why OUR PRICES ARE HIGHER 👇

Those choices have a price. The majority will not choose to be our customer. Our product line is limited; curated. But, our integrity is intact. Our meats don't make people sick. They don't shrink away to nothing in the pan or on the BBQ.

So, what's the real cost of your food? I know the economy sucks, and we (you and me) are feeding families - it's tough out there, and that's real.

But when it comes to what we put on our shelf, we won't be changing our minds.
