We’re pretty proud of this one. Country Boys was awarded Best Overall Exhibit at the 2026 Marshville Heritage Festival!

The award was based on quality of items, display, presentation to the public and customer appeal, which makes it especially meaningful to our whole crew.

A huge thank you to the Marshville Heritage Festival, everyone who stopped by to eat with us, and especially to the Country Boys team who keep this old family operation rolling year after year.

🚜🇨🇦 COUNTRY BOYS IS HEADING BACK TO MARSHVILLE. 🇨🇦🚜

And this one means a little more to us than just another festival.

The Marshville Heritage Festival has been a Labour Day tradition in Wainfleet since 1988 — and Country Boys has been part of Marshville since the beginning.

We’re proud to be one of the festival’s longtime food vendors.

Different generations have worked the trailer.
Kids grew up.
Trailers changed.
Menus grew.

But every Labour Day weekend, somehow we end up right back here.

And honestly, Marshville and Country Boys make a hell of a lot of sense together.

Marshville exists to preserve the old rural way of doing things — the farms, machinery, trades, food, families and skills that built communities like Wainfleet.

Country Boys came out of pretty much that exact world.

A family business started in 1983. Trailers built and repaired at home. Food made by the family. Equipment fixed in our own shop. Generations working beside one another.

Old-school rural family enterprise meets old-school rural heritage festival.

The Dean Sawmill runs demonstrations throughout the weekend at 11 AM, 1 PM and 3 PM.

🚘 And every day brings something different to the car-show field, with classic vehicles throughout the weekend and British cars, Volkswagens and vintage motorcycles taking over Labour Day Monday.

Admission is $8 for adults, children under 10 are free, and parking is free with covered people movers running from the parking area.

And when walking around an 1890s village makes you hungry…
