Excited for this new restaurant to open! Keep watching their page for opening announcements.
We want to thank everyone for their continued patience and support. We’ve had a few delays that were unfortunately out of our control, which is common in situations like this, but we are still hopeful that we can open by late May or early June, in the Redtree Lodge.
As promised, here’s a sneak peek at the menu! Please keep in mind this is not the final version and will likely change and evolve closer to opening including labeled dietaries, most things on the menu will have gluten free options. This is only breakfast! And I appreciate the concern about spelling and grammar, just wanted to share a sneak peak. It will be edited and changed before print :).
We want to open in a few phases. Our first phase will focus on breakfast, followed by an expansion into lunch, and hopefully a full baking program! This approach will give us time to really dial everything in from training, to consistency, to creating the best experience possible for all of you, while also giving you plenty of reasons to keep coming back and trying what's new!
We are also continuing our catering options through Elk Valley Catering and full board room setup for meetings that have food options.
