Valley Vitals Valley Vitals is a new local market garden, small scale poultry operation, and composting program provider! We are passionate about our food & environment!

We use permaculture and biodynamic growing principles to grow healthy food and happy ecosystems! Valley Vitals is a budding business based in the heart of the Elk Valley. Our passion is to connect people back with their environment and their community through food in all of its forms. We started in the summer of 2017 by collecting compost from Big Bang Bagels in order to create soil, feed livestoc

k, and reduce food waste. We now divert tens of thousands of pounds of food waste from the landfill every year!

2021 we now run a small market garden providing nutritious, organic, local food. Our small flocks are raised in Fernie, free-range, fed local spray free feed and organic sprouts.
